Dinner can't get much better than pizza, in my opinion, especially when it's a healthy dish packed with many different flavors, like this Mediterranean Pizza. For a meal that can be prepared in under 30 minutes and is sure to please everyone, use a pre-made pizza crust or create your vegan pizza dough.

Ingredients

Mediterranean Pizza

There are a few ingredients that you will need to prepare this simple dish:

  • Pizza Dough For my pizza crust, I used this recipe for vegan pizza dough, but you can use whatever kind of pizza dough or crust you choose, and it will work just fine.
  • Garlic: For the most excellent results, minced garlic that has been freshly minced is recommended. On the other hand, garlic powder is a perfect choice as well!
  • Mozzarella and Feta - This pizza has shredded mozzarella as the foundation cheese, but crumbled feta on top gives it a taste and texture that is unlike any other!
  • Spinach - For an increase in all of these benefits, including taste, texture, and nutrition, use fresh spinach. Kale is another fantastic alternative to consider.
  • Grape Tomatoes - While I used grape tomatoes in this recipe, you are welcome to substitute any other kind of tomato you choose.
  • Black Olives Black olives provide a taste that any other ingredient cannot replicate. You're going to go crazy for them on this pizza!
  • Artichokes — These mouthwatering artichoke hearts are an absolute need for this dish! They provide a tangy and robust taste to the pizza, elevating it to the next level. So tasty!
  • Red Onion - Red Onion contributes a texture that is crisp and rich in taste. If you do not like the flavor of onions, you are free to leave it out entirely or use it in a much smaller quantity. Instead of slicing the onion, you might chop it very finely.
  • The use of fresh parsley gives the dish an earthy flavor that ties everything else in the dish together. You may also use dried parsley or even dry basil in place of fresh parsley if you don't have any fresh parsley on hand.
