Pineapple Juice Apple Cider Vinegar And Honey
Drinking raw, unfiltered pineapple juice apple cider vinegar and honey first thing in the morning is one of my favorite ways to start the day. There are a significant number of positive effects on one's health. However, I never consume it on its own; instead, I prefer to combine it with pineapple juice and a few other components in a cocktail.
Keeping in mind that apple cider vinegar should never be consumed alone, it is essential to keep this in mind at all times. This is a cardinal rule. It has a high acid content, which can irritate the throat, and always be sure to dilute it.
In the past, I have tried diluting it with only water, which was okay, and I have also combined it with apple juice, which yielded slightly superior results. However, the apple cider vinegar version of this pineapple drink is my favorite way to consume apple cider vinegar.
This recipe has come to my attention that it is no longer kept secret; instead, it has been published in Woman Magazine and PopSugar Fitness, and I thought you might be interested in this as well.
Since this recipe is no longer restricted to "members only," I believe it is appropriate to share it here, along with some pointers on how to produce a larger quantity without the honey becoming solidified in the beverage.
Apple Cider Vinegar Assist With Weight Loss
Having a calorie deficit is the most effective method for weight loss. No magic pill or drink will cause you to lose weight.
Having said that, if you struggle with bloat, using apple cider vinegar can most certainly be of assistance. Because of this, you may initially lose some water weight.
Additionally, I have found that drinking apple cider vinegar helps reduce the amount of sugar I crave, making it much simpler to adhere to the guidelines of my diet. And maintaining that consistency in my eating was the key to my successful weight loss.
Therefore, this is an excellent tool; however, it is not magic. You can't eat poorly but drink this and expect to lose weight still, and that's just not possible.
Pineapple Juice Apple Cider Vinegar And Honey
I like to prepare this in large quantities. In most cases, I prepare a batch of eight and then store them in the refrigerator. Every morning, I have one, and I always make sure to have a couple of extras on hand in case my husband also wants one.
It's been about three years since I bought these bottles from Amazon that hold 5 ounces each for this beverage, and they work wonderfully. Even though they are essentially hot sauce bottles, lol, they don't even "bottleneck" like I thought they might. I was surprised by this.
If you don't measure precisely, a five-ounce bottle might be too full for its capacity, so look for one that holds six ounces instead.
My preferred method is to complete them in an assembly line fashion. However, I will generally fill each one with pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice one at a time (using a small funnel).
When I am finished, I will put each one on its scale for food and add approximately 7 grams of honey to each one. After that, I covered the container with the lid and gave it a thorough shake before putting it in the refrigerator.
FYI About one teaspoon of honey contains seven grams. By squeezing the honey bear while counting to seven, you can estimate the weight of the honey bear even if you don't have a kitchen scale. This will get you pretty close. (the number 7, not the number seven seconds)
When I'm working, I always use ingredients at room temperature. If the pineapple juice is cold, the honey will solidify, and the flavors will not combine very well.
In addition to that, before putting them in the refrigerator, you need to give them a good vigorous shake. Yes, the honey is the densest component; as a result, it will eventually sink to the bottom of the bottle, requiring you to shake it once more before consuming it the following day.
But, if you don't shake it BEFORE you put it in the refrigerator, the honey will solidify at the bottom due to the cold temperature, and it will not mix up properly the next day. This will happen whether you shake it or not. For some strange reason, giving it a shake before you put it in will prevent this from happening.
Pineapple Juice Apple Cider Vinegar And Honey
This concoction of pineapple juice, honey, and apple cider vinegar has many positive effects on one's health and is a delectable way to start the day.
Because just a quarter of lime is required, it is recommended that this cocktail of pineapple juice apple cider vinegar and honey be prepared in increments of 4. I will often prepare eight at a time and then keep them in the refrigerator. The pineapple juice must be at room temperature before you prepare the drink, and we recommend shaking it well before putting it in the fridge. Just make sure it's at room temperature before preparing the drink. This will ensure that the honey is evenly distributed throughout the beverage and prevent it from becoming solid.
